Amazing pizza. Nice and friendly staff!

It was a very pleasant surprise, very fast in preparation and a pizza with a soft and tasty consistency, the products are first choice and in addition to the classic pizzas they offer a choice of special, delicious preparations.

I wanted to take some time before reviewing because rightly you have to give more chances. Ate only pizza both on the spot and to take away. It is not bad as a pizza, however, receiving a dry and imperative no just for adding a little tomato on a white pizza seems too exaggerated. A minimum of elasticity! The customer must be satisfied given the very modest request! then the price of the pizzas definitely above average

Exquisite original pizzas but above all well cared for, from pasta to sauce, there is not a single defect. Compared to the place, very large, perhaps the location should be revisited a little, but nothing impossible. Friendly staff but perhaps a little too rushed. Overall I had a pleasant evening, I will be back !!

I was in this pizzeria for the second one, hoping to change my mind, but I didn't like the pizza even this time. A tasteless pescatora in the sauce, in the mixture and in the poor seasoning of octopus and shrimp, with a truly exaggerated cornice. A little dry and without salt. The artichoke of friends, on the contrary, with excessively tasty olives and artichokes in oil. Five pizzas, among other things, arrived at different times.

I would like to say enough with the stereotype of the cornice. The Neapolitan pizza also called cart wheel has a modest cornocione and the pizza is large. But today almost all pizzerias have this stereotype of Neapolitan pizza with the giant cornice that is larger than the interior. No it's wrong. Having said that, the pizza is not bad but you have to stop making a pizza with giant edges, yes, but you overdo it.

Undoubtedly kind staff, but unfortunately the evaluation is negative for various reasons: - fried pizza sold as such but presented square with 5 slices of spicy salami and already disappointed here. Aldo e Maria is a pizzeria located in Alzano Lombardo which has a small parking lot nearby. Cozy and elegant restaurant, it offers a very kind, attentive and fast service. This place seems to be famous for Neapolitan pizza. By definition, Neapolitan pizza must be soft and fragrant, have a raised edge (the famous cornice of about 1-2 cm), swollen and free of burns. As for my experience, the pizzas were soft, but not fragrant, the rather scorched cornice and the tasteless pasta (lacked in salt?). The choice of gaskets is very wide, ranging from classic to "author's" with combinations of very innovative and captivating ingredients. The prices are slightly high. Reservations are recommended. Personally I prefer a more cooked pizza, almost crunchy and therefore I would not go back.

Immediately very positive experience, welcoming location in a semi-elegant room (whole and veranda), attentive and precise waiters, very kind, more than satisfactory speed in the preparation of the pizza .. and what about THE BEST PIZZA EVER. A very refined and above all quality choice of ingredients, obviously I am talking about author's pizzas which are characterized by the wide choice of varieties of both taste and "courage". Excellent with family, friends and even with your sweetheart. Definitely also recommended for parties and birthdays. NB: I highly recommend booking.

Aldo e Maria is a restaurant located in alzano, has a small private car park 10 meters from the entrance of the restaurant. This place is famous for Neapolitan pizza, at the entrance you can immediately notice an endless series of certificates of participation in the tender for the best pizza in Italy. In summer you can choose between 3 areas: interior, veranda and garden, the latter very pretty, while the internal area has a wood-fired oven which is the master in the room that recalls the old vaulted cellars. The pizza is very good, the pasta is soft and tasty, they use quality products such as the San Marzano tomato, buffalo mozzarella and so on ... So many choices regarding the tastes of pizzas: from the most classic to the strangest ones and details, certainly not for all palates. Sore point the little choice of a dish that is not pizza, they have some first of fish and some appetizers. Recommended for those who want to eat pizza, but if in a group there is someone who is allergic to wheat or celiac or who does not like fish ... I do not recommend it as there is very little choice. Slightly high prices, take into account that on average prices range from 7 euros to 13 euros per pizza, but the quality is heard and the pizza is very good. Recommended place !!

Pizzas of various kinds including the house specialty or Neapolitan pizzas with high quality ingredients. Here you see the "Amatrice" pizza. I'm not a culinary critic, so I'll just say that pizza is really one of the best in the valley, congratulations. Prices in line with the genre, this Neapolitan about 10 €

Spectacular pizza! Dough made to perfection, very light and dogable. The signature pizzas are small works of art, we see the care and study in the combination of ingredients. Desserts also very good. Friendly service, right waiting times, honest value for money.

I went with my girlfriend attracted by the photos on fb ... The place is really bad for my taste, I love everything that is modern and just entered the room I seemed to enter the classic restaurants pizzeria 90 years .. The service was a bit 'lent, although there were 8 people among the staff ... We come to what really matters: pizza. In my opinion mediocre, nothing exceptional as I would have expected ... The dough good but not exceptional, unfortunately half of my pizza was scorched ... The seasoning nothing that ... We did not want to risk with the sweet, l 'offer (it will be that pastry chef pretend a lot on the dessert) I would say embarrassing ... Half were the usual meringue truffles etc. industrial frozen and half homemade with the usual tiramisu that only to see the photos of the menu if I had a half-desire of the sweet me lha made it completely pass ... Since it is not out of the house for us (we did 23 km to arrive) I would say it was the first and last time ...

We came only one hour before closing and the restaurant was full, but they were nice enough to find a table for us :) their pizza is really special, I don't think I've had this type of pizza before. It's delicious, definitely try it out. There was no problem with the service, they were very nice and quick as well. Even other guest were adorable. I would come again when being somewhere around. 👌

Aldo and Maria is now a certainty when I want to eat a good pizza and spend a nice evening with friends. The staff is very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The pizzas are served almost "live" so they are fast. It is also easy to find parking nearby. The only flaw, if we want to find one, are the cost of the pizzas ... Although they are good, they have prices just above average. Surely affects the variety of gourmet pizzas that can be tasted (like the one in the photo called "the pescatora" at a cost of € 13).

As Italian... One of the best pizzas I have ever had! Quick service best quality!!!
